In this facility, the staff will guide you through the parking space, so you are responsible for moving the car and managing the key yourself.
If the customer wishes to move or the parking lot in front of the entrance is congested, the staff of this facility will leave the car and move it to another parking lot.
When moving a car with the staff of this facility,
Be sure to bring the luggage and valuables necessary for your stay in front of the entrance. The person in charge will have a big luggage.
We will ask you for your name and give you a stub with your car number.
Keys are kept at the front desk, so if you need a car (when you check out), give the stub to the front desk staff. I will return the key.
After returning the key, we will send you by wagon to the parking lot where the car is parked at any time you want.
※If the front desk is not centralized, you can relocate to the parking lot in front of the entrance for convenient departure.
※Since there are cases where trouble occurs when using the side brake, in order to avoid troubles, we will “park without using the side brake (do not pull)” in a flat space.
